Yes. Conversations in Litigation Genius are safeguarded by the same security measures as all the data within Steno. Your conversations are not being used to train our underlying LLM models or by Steno. Litigation Genius case data is not being used for training in any way. Learn more at our Trust Center.
What kind of files can I upload?
You can upload .pdf, .txt, .docs, .xls files, .png and .jpeg images, and scanned exhibits directly, or pull them in from Google Drive and Dropbox.
Can I upload transcripts I didn’t get from Steno?
Yes. Litigation Genius supports the upload of third-party transcripts.
How do I access Litigation Genius?
Litigation Genius is turned on by your firm admin. If you’re a firm admin, follow the steps in How to Enable Litigation Genius to turn it on for your firm. If you’re not an admin, send your firm admin the steps in How to Enable Litigation Genius and ask them to turn it on. Not sure who your admin is? You can look them up in the Firm Dashboard using How Do I Locate My Firm Administrator?.
